The Reviv'D RBA has undergone extensive beta testing over the past year, leading to this final version that encapsulates all the optimizations:

Chimney Section:
The Reviv'D RBA features a 4.5mm inner diameter chimney designed for a smooth draw. The chimney connects with a reverse female thread on the top plate, different from the standard clockwise thread of previous WICK'D RBA designs.
Top Plate Section:
The bell-shaped dome provides additional space for air movement in the chimney section, while removing the top cap will allow users to adjust their build and moisture removal. Attached with a single O-ring to the sleeve, it features a male thread to connect to the chimney. The front and side edges have a prominent chamfer complementing the overall shape of the RBA.
Sleeve Section:
The sleeve serves as a canvas for intricate engravings and striking anodizing. The sleeve also features machined undercuts on both sides of the inner walls, increasing the area size to maximize wick placement and aid in more efficient liquid/air transfer.
Deck Section:
Derived from its predecessor the REMIX'D, the Reviv'D RBA sports an open deck system, offering versatility via a "universal coil orientation" from all four end points, allowing for both clockwise and counterclockwise coils. The robust positive and negative posts accommodate large exotic coils and are secured with M2.5*3mm Allen grub screws. The positive post sits on a KETRON PEEK insulator, ensuring durability and reliability. The deck also features a dual-port channel system designed for bottom draining, integrating with the sleeve's internal machining for liquid transfer and efficiency.
Airflow Pins:
The Reviv'D RBA includes seven variations of airflow pins to suit different user preferences. Based on REMIX'D feedback, the height of the airflow pin heads has been reduced for compatibility with more 510 devices. The solid base of the airflow pins ensures better conductivity. Available Airflow Sizes:
1.2mm for MTL
2mm, 2.5mm, and 3mm for Restricted Direct Lung
3.5mm, 4mm, and 4.5mm for Direct Lung

We have opted for electro-etching to create depth in the etched surfaces and offer five material/finish options:
